Ayla Brown Defends “Off Script” Remark by Senator Elect Scott Brown

Every now and then since the beginning of time, Dads have been known to say the silliest things about their children.

Scott Brown is no different.

This is what happens when you try and follow a script

Now this is what happens when you totally go off script

Since they don’t have much to talk about through the tears of their disappointment, the pundits on the Left are a having a field day knocking Scott Brown for making his daughter available for dating to all the men in America.

But, surprisingly enough Glenn Beck joined in on the dog pile with his own critique of Scott Brown even to the extent of making a “dead intern” put down that harkens back to the Gary Condit incident in which a congressman was suspected of killing an intern who worked for him.

“That is incredible. It just surprises me that people can be so negative,” Ayla said. “I feel as though all fathers across the nation can relate to having daughters and having these conversations…That’s our dad. There’s nothing creepy about it at all.”

Look, Scott Brown had just finished a grueling campaign to win a race that the so-called experts gave him no shot at winning. So, he goes up there to give the most important victory speech of his life and says something that he probably shouldn’t have. But, if you look at the video, though Ayla was temporarily embarrassed, she took it in stride knowing that he father deeply cares for her as any father would.

It was a human moment for a regular American family.

That’s what made the Scott Brown candidacy so appealing to the voters of Massachusetts.

But, it was a good yuk, anyway!
