Daily Mail reports it has been a tough year for Disney star Demi Lovato after seeking treatment for an eating disorder and self-harm issues.
But the 18-year-old was all smiles yesterday as she proudly showed off her bikini body achieved through her new healthy lifestyle of eating well and working out regularly.
The beaming actress posed in a simple white string bikini which displayed her toned and tanned physique complete with enviable muscle definition and healthy curves.
