Nadhim Zahawi, British Politician’s Musical Tie Goes Off During House of Commons Speech

There’s something about watching the goings on of the House of Commons that I find very fascinating.

Here’s an example of a politician that knows how to think on his feet.

The Blaze reports that qt least it wasn’t an inappropriate tune. But still, when Nadhim Zahawi’s musical tie started chiming during a speech at the House of Commons, it was embarrassing.

And as can be expected during a British political speech, the Speaker didn’t let him off easy.

But the best parts may be the man in the background visibly puzzled by the noise, cocking his head as he tries to pinpoint its origin, or that the music plays as Zahawi talks about having a “credible debate”:
