Shirley Sherrod Needs to Kiss Andrew Breitbart’s Feet

It’s so funny how The Left is breaking their collective necks going all kissy face on Shirley Sherrod after temporarily throwing her under the bus.

They’re very busy making her out to be a civil rights icon with a compelling history. But, let me remind the Left she had the same history BEFORE she got fired for allegedly making racially insensitive remarks at a NAACP event.

Did it matter then?

The Left is doing exactly what they cited Andrew Breitbart of doing, presenting Ms. Sherrod out-of-context to cover their own sins.

According to the Left, the Sherrod affair started with Andrew Breitbart showing a snippet of a video and you pretty much know the rest of the story.

But, they conveniently leave out the reason why Breitbart presented the video in the first place. It was in direct response to the NAACP passing a resolution calling the Tea Party Movement a bunch of racists.

It was a case of tit for tat, and the Left shot themselves in the foot, and have been trying to make it up to Shirley Sherrod ever since by repackaging her as Civil Rights Stalwart.

It’s a clever deception meant to rehabilitate the Left, the NAACP, and Ms Sherrod while simultaneously demonizing only Andrew Bretbart.

So now Shirley Sherrod becomes the Left’s version of Joe the Plumber.

Message to Ms Sherrod:

Shirley

You’re in very good position right now because you got the Left by the balls. If you’re smart you can play this into something very lucrative for yourself in either the Left or the Right world.

Think about it, Shirley!

But, remember this.

The Left DOESN’T REALLY LOVE YOU!

When it hit the fan, the NAACP, the organization which prides itself on advancing African Americans stomped on you like a cocker roach because you became an expendable asset.

And if you say or do something stupid that paints them in a bad light, sista, they’ll take out that pointy shoe and do it again.

You are not Joe Biden!

You’re only a pawn!

You see how disingenuous these two are? They’re injecting “anonymous blogging” into the conservation when it has nothing to do with the Shirley Sherrod case.

That’s done purposely to plant the idea in the audience mind’s that what they’re saying is legitimate and hiding their true intent-shut down any thoughts and opinions they disagree with.

Thees two are praying for Big Brother to step in and clamp down hard on Conservative bloggers. What should scare many people is that two CNN hosts don’t see anything wrong with less free speech.

Who gets to be the “gatekeepers”, or more accurately the “thought police” George Orwell wrote about in his book, 1984?

The media?

The government?

The mainstream media are not journalists anymore. They don’t report or investigate, they parrot, they advocate, and they cheerlead for a Left Wing agenda.

However, when the topic of the story is “conservative” or contrary to the Left Wing agenda, then they turn back into real journalists again.

Let me tell you something.

The internet is the last unfettered bastion of free speech-period!

Can you find a lot of garbage on the internet?

Absolutely!

You can find garbage walking out your front door or even in your own house. You see it, and you deal with it as such. However, these two CNN idiots are telling the America she too dumb to recognize the garbage. She needs a “gatekeeper” to keep it away from her for her own good.

Think about how worse off the country would be without Conservative bloggers or the internetitself?

If all you had was ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC websites doing what they normally do, this country becomes Venezuela, it becomes Nazi Germany, it becomes Stalinist Russia, and it bocomes North Korea-all free speech is dead and gone and what its replaced with is one collective view of what the government decides.

And we’re no longer free people trying to pursue happiness for ourselves. We become slaves of the state and they tell you to be happy with what they give you in the name of fairness for all.

Andrew Breitbart vs Joseph Farah Battle Over Obama’s Citizenship

Joseph Farah of WorldNet Daily has been relentlessly pursuing the issue of whether or not President Barack Obama is a United States citizen. Andrew Breitbart of Big Government, Big Hollywood, and Big Journalism.coms’ thinks that the issue is not worth pursuing anymore and that the matter should be dropped because it’s a loser for Conservatives.

The following exchange, reported by the Washington Independent and Hot Air, happened in Nashville at the National Tea Party Convention where Farah had just given a speech that Breitbart didn’t like much:

“Andrew is my friend,” said Farah. “He has the right to disagree, and he has the right to say anything to a socialist newspaper that he wants. And if he wants to criticize his friend to you, and he’s dumb enough to do that…”

Breitbart raised his eyebrows. “I’m dumb to do what?”

“Criticize your friend to this socialist newspaper.”

“I was talking to her,” said Breitbart, pointing to Schilling. “I was talking to you. And I was saying that I disagreed on the birther stuff.”

“OK, well, did you know that Dave Weigel from The Washington Independent was”–

“I was talking to her,” said Breitbart. “She was asking me if I thought it was was to bring it up, and I said, no. We have a lot of strong arguments to be making, and that is a primary argument. That is an argument for the primaries that did not take hold. The arguments that these people right here are making are substantive arguments. The elections in Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts were all won not on birther, but on substance. And to apply to this group of people the concept that they’re all obsessed with the birth certificate, when it’s not a winning issue–”

“It is a winning issue!”

“It’s not a winning issue.”

“It is! It becomes even more of a winning issue when the press abrogates its responsibility–”

“You don’t recognize it as a fundamentally controversial issue that forces a unified group of people to have to break into different parts? It is a schism of the highest order.”

“Nothing exposes the president’s–”
“Then prove it!”

“The press isn’t asking the question–”
“Prove it!”

“Prove what?”

“Prove your case.”

“I should prove, what, a birth certificate that may or may not exist?” Farah had gotten irritated. “That’s ridiculous. You don’t even understand the fundamental tenets of what journalism is about, Andrew. It’s not about proving things. It’s about asking questions and seeking truth.”

Breitbart tensed up after that insult. “Right.”

“I know you’re not a journalist, so that’s fine. But don’t diminish people who’ve been doing this for 35 years.”

“So you’re going to go on record saying that I’m not a journalist?”

“Are you? I’ve never heard you claim to be. Are you?”

“I’ll let it be answered by you.”
“Well, I knew Drudge didn’t consider himself a journalist, so I assumed that you were. … I don’t know, I’m not trying to insult you.”
“You did.”

At that point, Judson Phillips — who had spotted a very small crowd around us — walked into the fray and tried to simmer everyone down with a joke.

“I can give you absolutely conclusive and definitive proof that Obama’s birth certificate does not exist. How else do you explain why Joe Biden is vice president?”

That more or less ended the conversation — Farah moved on, and agreed to talk more about why he and WorldNetDaily continued to pursue stories on Obama’s citizenship. The citizenship issue had stuck around and taken off, he said, “because of us.” He ran stories asking questions about the issue — including stories that were quickly debunked — because the rest of the media wasn’t asking the questions.

“Do you think this has made my life easier, doing this?” asked Farah. “I used to be on TV all the time. I haven’t been on Fox News once since I started talking about this.”

Asked whether he thought his speech created any problems for Sarah Palin — prompting reporters to ask why she patronized a convention with rhetoric like this — Farah rejected the premise.

“Sarah Palin is a big girl,” he said. “She can take care of herself. I have a lot of confidence that she’ll take care of herself well. … My objective is not to get Sarah Palin elected or something. My job as a journalist is to seek the truth.”

For the record, I don’t know if Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. To my knowledge his records at Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard remained sealed to the public. I feel this is being done for two possible reasons:

1.Obama wants to shield the he received financial aide as a foreign born student and thus putting his eligibility to service as president in jeopardy.
2.Obama is purposely keeping his records sealed even though they further prove his citizenship to keep this controversy alive to marginalize Conservatives who are out to get him.

The man may not know how to pronounce “corpsmen” , but I think he’s that smart and devious.
