Sen Ruben Diaz was the lone Democrat to vote against same sex marriage. That’s quite a badge he wears proudly. It’s absolutely disgraceful that it was RINO Republicans that put this abomination over the top in Albany.

State Sen. Ruben Diaz, Sr. (D-Bronx) -- perhaps the most outspoken critic of legalizing same-sex marriage in New York State -- isn't giving up the fight yet.
Diaz today called on "thousands" of New Yorkers to attend an anti-gay marriage rally outside of Gov. Cuomo's New York City office this Sunday, the first day that same-sex couples can legally wed.
"I am not keeping quiet on this," Diaz told the Daily News. "We will continue this fight and we will struggle to get what's right."
